A Note From Our Team

Spring is in full swing, and we want to thank everyone for their patience and support during one of our busiest seasons of the year. Between spring clean-ups, fluctuating weather, rain delays, and rapidly growing grass, our team has been working hard to keep routes running as smoothly as possible across Central New York.

Mid-Spring Service Update

At this point in the season, most yards are transitioning back into their normal weekly or biweekly maintenance schedules. However, occasional weather delays and saturated yards can still impact timing from week to week.

Here’s what to expect this time of year:

🌱 Wet and muddy conditions may occasionally delay service for safety and yard preservation

🐾 Taller grass can sometimes make waste harder to fully spot during regular visits

📅 Route timing may vary slightly as we continue balancing spring clean-ups with recurring customers

☔ Heavy rain can temporarily affect yard accessibility and cleanup quality

As always, our goal is to provide the most thorough service possible while working safely and efficiently.

A Few Helpful Reminders

To help keep service running smoothly, please make sure:

Gates are unlocked and accessible on your service day

Dogs are brought inside or secured during service

Any landscaping projects, fencing changes, or yard hazards are communicated ahead of time

Excessive debris, branches, or toys are cleared from the cleanup area when possible
